REQUIREMENTS of the job:
Education/Training/Experience:
- Louisiana license of LBA
- BCBA Certification through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Provide at least 20 hours of billable hours to clients on caseload.
- Work with other professionals (teachers, occupational technicians, speech and language pathologists, medical professionals, IEP teams, and principals) as needed.
- Prepare and conduct Functional Behavior Assessment (FBA) for students as needed.
- Prepare and write Behavior Intervention Plan (BIP) for students.
- Work under the supervision of a BCBA as deemed necessary by the BACB.
- Collaborate with other team members of Every Day Counts.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $70,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
