REQUIREMENTS of the job :
Education / Training / Experience :
Louisiana license of LBA
BCBA Certification through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)

Ability to assess / address / accommodate staff complaints, issues, etc. while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism
Providing corrective feedback and ensuring follow-through
Duties and Responsibilities :
Provide at least 20-25 hours of billable hours to clients on caseload.
Work with other professionals (teachers, occupational technicians, speech and language pathologists, medical professionals, IEP teams, and principals) as needed.
Prepare and conduct Functional Behavior Assessment (FBA) for students as needed.
Prepare and write Behavior Intervention Plan (BIP) for students.
Work under the supervision of a BCBA as deemed necessary by the BACB.
Collaborate with other team members of Every Day Counts.
