Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team. Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and diagnostic evaluations to identify behavioral needs.
- Develop individualized treatment plans based on assessment findings and client goals.
- Implement evidence-based behavioral therapy techniques tailored to each client's unique needs.
- Maintain accurate medical documentation and records in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including educators and healthcare providers, to ensure cohesive care.
- Provide training and support to families and caregivers on behavior management strategies.
- Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary to achieve desired outcomes.
- Stay current with best practices in the field of behavior analysis and participate in ongoing professional development.
Qualifications
- Board Certification as a Behavior Analyst (BCBA) is required.
- Experience working with children and individuals with developmental disabilities is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of medical records management, patient assessment, and diagnostic evaluation processes.
- Familiarity with special education practices and behavioral health interventions.
- Proficiency in medical documentation standards and HIPAA compliance.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with clients, families, and team members.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team environment.
