Every Special Child Is seeking a dedicated and qualified Board Certified Behavior Analyst to join our team in Benicia, CA. We have the following requirements :
1 Board Certified Behavior Analyst BCBA for an Elementary School
Start date : January First week, 2025
End Date : June 2025
Job Responsibilities :
Candidate will directly report to the Director of Special Education
Candidate should be able to work in a school setting and support site teams.
Providing consult and direct services per the student's IEP, conducting trainings, writing, and supporting IEP goal development, attending IEP meetings
Conducting FBAs, supporting teams with BIP development
Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop a behavior intervention plan
Develop and implement skill acquisition programs for individuals with developmental disabilities
Monitor and analyze data on targeted behaviors and interventions
Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other professionals to develop and implement behavior plans.
Requirements :
Must be a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in good standing
Master's degree in behavior analysis, psychology, education, or related field required
Minimum of two years of experience working as a BCBA or related position
Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities and / or behavioral disorders
Strong understanding of behavior analysis principles and practices
