• Number of Working Hours per Week : 3-4 hours daily

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that promote literacy, math, physical education, and overall childhood development.
• Foster a positive learning environment that encourages curiosity, creativity, and exploration.
• Manage classroom activities effectively to ensure smooth transitions and maintain order.
• Collaborate with parents and guardians to support children's learning and development.
• Provide individualized support to children with diverse needs, including those on the autism spectrum.
• Assess children's progress regularly and adapt teaching methods accordingly.
• Maintain a safe and clean classroom environment that meets health and safety standards.
• Engage in ongoing professional development to stay current with best practices in early childhood education.

Skills

• Strong knowledge of childhood development principles and early childhood education practices.
• Experience working with children on the autism spectrum is highly desirable.
• Proficiency in literacy education techniques to promote reading readiness among preschoolers.
• Ability to implement effective classroom management strategies.
• Familiarity with Montessori methods or private school educational frameworks is a plus.
• Competence in teaching basic math concepts suitable for preschool-aged children.
• Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with children, parents, and colleagues.
• A nurturing demeanor with a genuine passion for working with young children.
