- Number of Working Hours per Week : 3-4 hours daily

Responsibilities
- Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that promote literacy, math, physical education, and overall childhood development.
- Foster a positive learning environment that encourages curiosity, creativity, and exploration.
- Manage classroom activities effectively to ensure smooth transitions and maintain order.
- Collaborate with parents and guardians to support children's learning and development.
- Provide individualized support to children with diverse needs, including those on the autism spectrum.
- Assess children's progress regularly and adapt teaching methods accordingly.
- Maintain a safe and clean classroom environment that meets health and safety standards.
- Engage in ongoing professional development to stay current with best practices in early childhood education.
Skills
- Strong knowledge of childhood development principles and early childhood education practices.
- Experience working with children on the autism spectrum is highly desirable.
- Proficiency in literacy education techniques to promote reading readiness among preschoolers.
- Ability to implement effective classroom management strategies.
- Familiarity with Montessori methods or private school educational frameworks is a plus.
- Competence in teaching basic math concepts suitable for preschool-aged children.
- Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with children, parents, and colleagues.
- A nurturing demeanor with a genuine passion for working with young children.
