ESP Assistant Teacher
ESP Program Description
Located in Rose City, NE 52nd Ave, Portland, Every Step Preschool (ESP) is a new multicultural and inclusive early learning, care, and education center. ESP provides culturally responsive preschool services that serve all children and families from different backgrounds, cultures, and abilities for the target ages of 3-5 years old.
Our program curriculum is guided by a combination of philosophies of Reggio Emilia and Constructivism. This style of emergent curriculum allows us the flexibility to create our learning plans to reflect the children's interests, backgrounds, and cultures. This is core to our values because children are the center of our focus and we value what they bring to our program. We make learning fun and meaningful in order to help them build their skills and socially and emotionally prepare them for their school years.
ESP is building a team where we will work to support each other. We are creating a learning community together where we all feel welcome, safe, and enjoy having fun working together. We are looking for team members who are passionate and committed to work in this team environment and with young children and families.
ESP is an approved provider for Preschool for All (PFA), and we will be providing tuition to 20 children enrolled through the PFA program in addition to our regular private customers.
