We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Customer Support Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will assist our customers by providing exceptional service, answering inquiries, and troubleshooting issues. You will work closely with various departments to ensure customer satisfaction and maintain strong relationships.

Responsibilities

  • Provide excellent customer service via phone, email, and live chat.
  • Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Assist with troubleshooting and resolving customer issues.
  • Document customer interactions and issues in our CRM system.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer concerns.
  • Stay up-to-date with company products, services, and policies to provide accurate information.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and assist with any further questions.
