We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Events Assistant to join our team in Miami, FL. The ideal candidate will support the planning and execution of both internal and external events. This role requires strong organizational skills, the ability to multitask, and a passion for delivering seamless experiences.
Responsibilities
- Assist with coordinating event logistics including venues, vendors, catering, and transportation
- Support the Events Manager with pre-event planning and day-of execution
- Maintain event timelines, schedules, and budgets
- Communicate with clients, partners, and internal teams to ensure alignment
- Prepare event materials such as name tags, signage, and guest lists
- Ensure events meet company standards and client expectations
- Track and evaluate post-event feedback for future improvements
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Hospitality, Marketing, or a related field preferred
- 1 year of experience in event planning or a similar role
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work flexible hours including occasional evenings and weekends
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and event management tools
