The Role :
We are seeking a highly organized and execution-driven Business Operations Manager (Program Management) to lead the planning, execution, and coordination of critical technology and research projects. This role is essential in ensuring cross-functional collaboration, clear program execution, and structured workflows to improve efficiency and accountability.
The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented program manager who thrives in complex environments, understands how to structure and scale program management, and can effectively streamline workflows to drive business impact with ability to navigate the ambiguity. If you enjoy problem-solving, building operational processes, and ensuring projects stay on track, this role is for you!
What you'll accomplish
Program Execution, Oversight & Planning (60%)
- Lead end-to-end program management for large-scale technology and research initiatives, ensuring smooth execution and stakeholder alignment.
- Develop, maintain, and optimize program and project plans, keeping teams accountable and tracking deliverables.
- Own and improve meeting structures, ensuring clear action items and follow-ups. Create and manage program documentation reporting to keep leadership informed on project progress and risks.
- Building and maintaining dashboards that track key performance indicators (KPIs) and Objectives and Key Results (OKRs)
Process & Workflow Optimization (40%)

Pay Range : $120,000 - $130,000
At EVERY™ pay ranges are subject to change and assigned to a job based on the location specific market median of similar jobs according to 3rd party salary benchmark surveys. Individual pay within that range can vary for several reasons including skills / capabilities, experience, and available budget.
