Community Life Enrichment Coordinator, Full Time
The Life Enrichment Coordinator is the heartbeat of our community, passionately implementing and leading dynamic wellness programs and engaging activities that enrich the lives of our residents.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Screen and orient new tenants; develop social programs.
- Implement activities for entertainment, exercise, and relaxation.
- Organize outings, special events, and manage the event calendar.
- Maintain fitness/social spaces; ensure equipment maintenance and provide fitness guidance.
- Collaborate with staff and tenants; address concerns, make referrals, and ensure compliance.
Minimal Education:
- Bachelors in Recreation Therapy or related field (Preferred)
- High School diploma with relevant coursework/experience (Preferred)
- Personal training certification (Required)
Minimal Experience:
- 2 years in social/recreational programs with 55 age group
- 2 years in fitness profession (Strongly preferred)
Other Qualifications:
- Certified in CPR, AED, and First Aid (Required)
- Fitness Instructor (Preferred)
