Community Maintenance and Custodian, Part Time
The Maintenance and Custodian Technician is a versatile and essential team member, expertly handling a variety of tasks including general cleaning, preparing vacant units, performing touch-up painting, conducting maintenance, and ensuring pristine groundskeeping.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities :
- Maintain equipment and storage areas.
- Clean building interiors / exteriors.
- Perform landscaping and grounds maintenance.
- Assist with heavy cleaning, event setup / cleanup, and trash removal.
- Perform electrical, carpentry, HVAC, painting, plaster, and plumbing tasks.
- Inspect property / equipment and oversee renovations.
- Maintain inventory and work order records.
- Respond to maintenance requests and emergencies; oversee pest control.
Minimal Education :
High School Diploma (Preferred)
