We are thrilled to offer an extraordinary opportunity for the right person to join our strong and impactful team as a Leasing Director at Providence Place. Located on Westchester Drive in Highpoint, NC, Providence Place has been the destination of choice for retirement living since 1978. Our community provides easy access to Winston-Salem, Greensboro, and Thomasville.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Market and show apartments: Conduct property tours, highlight key features and amenities, answer questions, and provide information to attract new residents.
• Manage operations: Oversee daily activities, coordinate move-ins and move-outs, ensure timely unit turnovers, and maintain smooth operations of the complex.
• Collaborate with Maintenance: Work closely with the maintenance team to address repairs, schedule routine maintenance, and ensure the property is always in top condition.
• Prepare for inspections: Ensure all units meet safety and quality standards, maintain detailed records of inspections, and prepare for any regulatory checks.
• Handle finances: Collect rent and fees, issue receipts, manage budgets, and ensure the financial stability of the complex.
• Screen and approve applicants: Conduct interviews, perform background checks, approve applications, and maintain an active waiting list of prospective residents.

Minimal Education:

• Two years of college education preferred in Business or Human Services.

Minimal Experience:

• Successful housing management experience preferred.

• Strong interpersonal and leadership skills.
