Our RNs and LPNs have a love for seniors and a respect for the needs of older adults. (You should too!) They are focused on providing high-quality, direct patient care through standard healthcare practices, including administering prescribed medications and treatments, conducting patient assessments, monitoring vital signs, and helping with diagnostic tests. RNs and LPNs also collaborate on patient care plans and educate patients and families. Documentation is done via an EMR system.

RN
The Registered Nurse provides direct patient care and supervises Licensed Practical Nurses and CNAs in the provision of nursing services to residents of the facility. The RN is responsible for meeting all standards associated with the provision of nursing care in accordance with applicable federal and state regulations, licensure law, agency policies, procedure and standards.
Minimal Education:
1. Graduate of accredited school of nursing.
2. Bachelor’s degree of Science in Nursing is preferred.
Minimal Experience:
1. Minimum of one (1) year nursing experience.
2. One (1) year skilled nursing facility experience preferred.
Other Qualifications:
1. Current Nursing License.
2. CPR certified.
3. Ability to function with minimal supervision.
4. Excellent communication, organizational and human relation skills.
