Our RN's have a love for seniors and a respect for the needs of older adults. (You should too!) They are focused on providing high-quality, direct patient care through standard healthcare practices, including administering prescribed medications and treatments, conducting patient assessments, monitoring vital signs, and helping with diagnostic tests. RN's also collaborate on patient care plans and educate patients and families. Documentation is done via an EMR system.
RN Unit Care Coordinator (Weekend shifts)
The RN Unit Care Coordinator is accountable for clinical Care management functions and employee performance assessments to assure delivery of quality health care and services consistent with regulatory compliance and facility policies, procedures, standards and financial objectives. The RN Unit Care Coordinator supervises all nursing personnel on the assigned unit and performs resident care duties as needed on the assigned unit.
