SUMMARY OF POSITION
Everybody’s Brewing is seeking a packager to join our brewing team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone interested in learning basic brewery operations and protocols. Although the primary position focus is the packaging line, there may be opportunities to assist with other aspects of brewery operations, including cellar work. The ideal candidate works quickly and efficiently while maintaining quality and safety standards, is flexible and willing to assist in various areas of the brewery as needed and displays passion for craft beer.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Assist in canning line operation, including Paktech application, stacking cases, and building and wrapping pallets.
Cleaning and filling kegs.
Strictly adhering to all safety and sanitation standards and procedures.
Maintaining accurate records.
Manual cleaning of brewery equipment and parts.
Basic facility and brewery equipment maintenance.
Cleaning brewery vessels and packaging equipment.
QUALIFICATIONS
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Able to work in a standing position for 8 hours per shift.
Able to reach, bend, stoop, and frequently lift 30-55 pounds.
Able to safely move up to 180 pounds with help or proper ergonomic assistance.
Available Monday through Friday from 8:00 am to 4:00 pm
COMPENSATION
$17.00 – $20.00 Hourly wage (DOE)
Sick pay accrual
Enrollment in company-contributed health plan after 60 days of employment
Enrollment in Simple IRA after 6 months of employment
