PURPOSE: Maintain the Best Class Experience Possible and Lead the Facility Training Team
- Creating & maintaining the best workout experience we can for our members by recruiting, mentoring & motivating the best trainers we can find.
- Earning & maintaining the reputation of leading the most well-run classes in the industry.
- Respond to emails within 24 hours
- Use Impression forms
- Submit feedback/suggestions from members to Corporate Head Trainer
- Complete tasks within a week unless specific deadline is noted (task detailed below)
- If unable to complete checklist or meet any deadline, notify the Corporate Head Trainer within 48 hours of the deadline to request help
- Develop & Lead the Training Team
- Optimize the Complete Class Experience End to End
- Manage Sub Process
- Oversee all Studios/Rooms at Large Club Facility
- Oversee Facility & Equipment Organization/Maintenance
- Be the “face” of the Trainers at EBF Location
CADENCE OF RESPONSIBILITIES (see Appendix for more detail)
Daily
- Manage sub process
- Inspect facility to ensure all equipment is in working order
- Conduct 1 Audit (with follow-up 1:1) - 3 a month
- Teach minimum 6 classes/week (opportunity for 10)
- Hold a minimum of 4 Office Hours per week
- 2 hours per week of private training sessions/orientations
- Submit Weekly #s and suggestions every Monday located in Head Trainer Folder
- Weekly story or post on Social of video or explanation of a workout or promoting club
- Recruit & onboard training staff
- Review & utilize customer review platforms (with Marketing team support)
- Check in with Corporate Head Trainer on goals
- Attend Training Meetings
- Submit one video per month to social team filmed in club (reel)
- Submit Monthly Goal Checklist
- Advise schedule optimization
- Submit raise request form, if any
- Conduct one-on-ones with all trainers and set goals
- Help facilitate, manage, and execute group trainer auditions with other Head Trainer(s)
