Job Summary
We are seeking a committed nurse to lead a home health department. This position will involve not only overseeing daily operations but also actively seeking and securing new clients.
Key Responsibilities :
Recruit, hire, and train qualified personnel.
Ensure adherence to agency policies and procedures.
Build and maintain strong relationships with referral sources, such as hospitals, skilled nursing facilities, and physicians' offices.
Stay informed about federal, state, and local regulations affecting home health agencies.
Perform regular audits and inspections to identify and resolve compliance issues.
Coordinate billing and reimbursement processes with insurance companies.
Oversee the agency’s quality assurance program, ensuring all clinical services meet the highest standards of quality and safety.
Qualifications :
Registered Nurse (RN) license in Pennsylvania with at least 3 years of experience.
Strong leadership and supervisory abilities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Ability to learn new softwares
Home health experience
