You will manage supplier relationships, optimize inventory, reduce costs, and improve operational efficiencies while maintaining our high product standards.

Key Responsibilities
- Supply Chain Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement strategies to optimize our global supply chain, balancing cost, efficiency, and scalability
- Supplier & Vendor Management: Maintain and negotiate strong relationships with suppliers, manufacturers, co-packers, and logistics providers
- Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels across fulfillment centers and warehouses, ensuring optimal inventory to meet demand while minimizing waste
- Logistics & Fulfillment: Oversee shipping, warehousing, and last-mile delivery to ensure timely and cost-efficient order fulfillment
- Cost & Efficiency Optimization: Identify opportunities to streamline operations, reduce costs, and improve margins while maintaining product quality
- Compliance & Quality Control: Ensure all supply chain operations meet regulatory requirements and quality standards
- Forecasting & Data Analytics: Collaborate with finance and sales teams to analyze demand, forecast inventory needs, and drive data-backed decision-making
- Risk Management: Anticipate and mitigate risks related to supply disruptions, cost fluctuations, and logistics challenges
- 5 years of experience in supply chain, logistics, or operations, preferably in CPG, food & beverage, or e-commerce
- Experience working with contract manufacturers, 3PLs, and global suppliers
- Strong understanding of inventory management, forecasting, and demand planning
- Ability to optimize logistics and fulfillment processes for both DTC and retail distribution
- Proficiency in ERP systems, supply chain software, and analytics tools
- Excellent problem-solving skills, with a proactive and strategic mindset
- Detail-oriented with strong negotiation and vendor management skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with evolving processes
