Duties
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company revenue goals and expand our customer base.
- Recruit, train, and lead a team of sales representatives, providing ongoing coaching and mentorship.
- Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify new business opportunities.
- Oversee the sales process from lead generation to closing, ensuring a seamless customer experience.
- Monitor team performance, track sales metrics, and provide regular reports to senior management.
- Identify new business opportunities and stay ahead of industry trends to maintain a competitive edge.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to develop effective sales strategies and promotional materials.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
Experience
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales management, with a focus on property insurance restoration(required).
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets in the restoration or construction industry.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to recruit, train, and motivate a sales team.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- In-depth knowledge of the insurance claims process and restoration industry.
- Self motivated, results -driven, and able to work independently.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within Indiana as needed.
