We’re searching for a Dental Receptionist who thrives in a fast-paced, family-oriented environment and brings exceptional organizational and customer service skills. Experience with dental insurance is essential to help our patients navigate their benefits with ease.
The ideal candidate will:
- Have experience with dental insurance: Knowledge of verifying benefits, explaining coverage to patients, and managing claims is a must.
- Be warm and welcoming: You’ll be the first face families see, so a friendly attitude is key.
- Be detail-oriented: Accuracy in scheduling, billing, and record-keeping is crucial.
- Stay calm under pressure: Managing a busy office with kids can be lively—your ability to stay organized and patient makes all the difference.
- Communicate effectively: Whether it’s answering phones, helping parents understand treatment plans, or addressing concerns, clear communication is essential.

Responsibilities:
- Greet patients and families with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Answer phones, schedule appointments, and manage the office calendar.
- Verify dental insurance benefits, explain coverage, and assist with claims.
- Process patient payments, including co-pays, and manage billing inquiries.
- Maintain accurate patient records and ensure confidentiality.
- Support the team with administrative tasks as needed.
Requirements:
- Prior experience as a dental receptionist or front desk staff, with a strong understanding of dental insurance.
- Proficiency with dental practice management software (or willingness to learn).
- Excellent communication and multitasking skills.
- A positive attitude and love for working with children and families.
