Requirements

Key Responsibilities Qualifications and Skills

• Social Media Management:
• Oversee the social media content calendar and ensure timely, consistent, and engaging posts across all platforms
• Monitor performance metrics and optimize campaigns to grow audience engagement
• Streamer and Influencer Partnerships:
• Identify, onboard, and manage relationships with streamers and influencers to promote the Otherworld brand
• Coordinate campaign deliverables and track ROI for influencer collaborations
• Content Calendar and Promotions Management:
• Develop and manage a comprehensive content and promotions calendar, ensuring alignment with product launches and key casino events
• Collaborate with internal teams to craft engaging campaigns that resonate with target audiences
• Email Marketing and CRM:
• Create and execute email marketing campaigns to drive user retention and engagement
• Leverage CRM tools to segment audiences, analyze user behavior, and personalize communications
• Compliance Knowledge:
• Ensure all marketing initiatives comply with local and international gaming regulations
• Stay updated on crypto and casino industry compliance trends and adapt marketing strategies accordingly
• Graphic Design Support:
• Utilize Figma and/or Adobe Creative Suite to create visually appealing assets for campaigns, social media, and email marketing
• Coordinate with external designers when necessary for more complex projects
• Tool Management:
• Use tools like Jira, Slack, Dropbox, and Google Drive to manage projects, communicate with the team, and maintain organized workflows
• Experience:
• Minimum 3 years of experience in an online casino company, with a focus on marketing, promotions, or product strategy
• Understanding of the crypto ecosystem
• Technical Skills:
• Proficiency in marketing tools (e.g., CRM platforms, social media analytics) and organizational tools (Jira, Slack, Google Drive, Dropbox)
• Basic to intermediate graphic design skills using Figma and/or Adobe Creative Suite
• Soft Skills:
• Hyper-organized and detail-oriented with a proven ability to self-manage in a remote work environment
