Job Description:
As a Delivery Partner, you will be subcontracted to deliver wholesale auto parts to various locations, including mechanic shops, service centers, and dealerships within your local area. Routes are set in 8 to 9-hour delivery windows between 7 a.m. and 6 p.m., based on the warehouse's needs, and can vary from day to day. You will use your own vehicle for deliveries and have access to priority opportunities through the EC Driver Connect platform.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver wholesale auto parts to mechanic shops, service centers, and dealerships in your local area.
- Follow assigned delivery routes, ensuring on-time and accurate deliveries.
- Load and unload auto parts from your vehicle as needed (must be able to lift at least 60 pounds).
- Maintain good communication with dispatch and customers regarding delivery status.
- Provide exceptional customer service during interactions with clients.
- Keep your vehicle in good condition and ready for daily deliveries.
- Download and operate a smartphone app for managing routes, communication, and deliveries.
Vehicle Requirements:
We accept all vehicle types, including:
- Personal vehicles (Sedans, SUVs)
- Cargo/Sprinter Vans
- Flatbeds
- Box Trucks
No CDL required, but we do have CDL load opportunities for our truck drivers.
Schedule:
- Routes available Monday through Saturday, typically between 7 a.m. and 6 p.m.
- Delivery windows are set in 8 to 9-hour blocks, based on the warehouse's needs, and can vary each day.
- Part-time and standby opportunities are available.
Pay and Benefits:
- Competitive daily pay ranging from $120 to $300, based on vehicle type and route.
- Paid weekly.
- Priority access to local and over-the-road delivery routes.
- Flexible schedule with both full-time, part-time, and standby opportunities.
- No CDL required for most positions; however, CDL drivers have access to specialized load opportunities.
- Partner with EC Driver Connect for reliable and consistent delivery work.
Qualifications:
- Must be 21 years old.
- Must have a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Must have reliable transportation (vehicle type flexible).
- Must be able to lift at least 60 pounds.
- Must be able to download and operate a smartphone app for managing deliveries.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage your own route.
- Prior delivery or driving experience is a plus, but not required.
- No CDL required for most delivery positions.
