Job Summary:
The Senior Vet Tech Recruiting Manager is responsible for overseeing and managing the recruitment process, per territory, to ensure the organization attracts, hires, and retains top talent. This role involves developing and implementing effective recruiting strategies.
Duties/Responsibilities:
Recruitment Strategy Development:
- Develop and implement recruitment strategies and initiatives to meet the organization’s staffing needs.
- Analyze and report on recruiting metrics and performance to continuously improve processes.
Candidate Sourcing and Attraction:
- Utilize various sourcing methods (job boards, social media, networking, etc.) to attract qualified candidates.
- Develop and maintain relationships with external recruiting agencies and other talent sources.
Employer Branding:
- Promote the organization's employer brand to attract top talent and enhance the company's reputation as an employer of choice.
- Manage recruitment marketing efforts and participate in career fairs and industry events.
Compliance and Best Practices:
- Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements related to recruitment and employment.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to implement effective and innovative recruitment methods.
Data Management and Reporting:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment data and records via the CRM platform.
- Prepare and present reports on recruitment activities, metrics, and outcomes to senior management.
Metrics:
Daily Benchmarks
A minimum of 8 interviews a week from the following sourcing platforms (Indeed, Facebook, and LinkedIn) and thoroughly document daily activities on CTM.
Weekly Benchmarks
Setting up first-time calls and guiding veterinary technicians on our placement paths.
Submitting weekly “suspects & prospects” reports (due each Friday).
Monthly Benchmarks
Sign on a minimum of four Guaranteed Salary veterinary technicians —Full-time.
Cultivate and maintain a pipeline of veterinary technicians within our operating division.
Within first 90 days
You are expected to complete the Recruiter training program and sign eight Guaranteed Salaried veterinary technicians within the first 90 days of employment. If you are unable to achieve these milestones Evette will release you from employment immediately.

Required Skills/Abilities:
- Strong understanding of recruitment best practices, employment laws, and industry trends.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.

Education and Experience:
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field. A
Experience:

- Demonstrated success in developing and executing recruiting strategies and managing a team.
Physical Requirements:
- Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Must be able to lift 10-15 pounds at times.
- Must be able to access and navigate each department at the organization’s facilities.
