- 17-week Internship Experience : January 9, 2025 through May 8, 2025
- Working Hours : Flexible to your school schedule, Monday through Friday on-site in Southlake, TX
- Mandatory Fridays for Training Events which will begin at 6 am and end at approximately 9 pm : 1 / 17 / 2025, 2 / 21 / 2025, 3 / 28 / 2025, 5 / 2 / 2025
- Scheduled hours will be determined based on the time when the most help is needed, often this is from 6 am-9 am

- A stipend of $3,000 upon the completion of the Internship Responsibilities : Event Planning and Management :
- Assist in the preparation and coordination of training conferences, ensuring all event details are organized and executed flawlessly
- Support management of event logistics, including attendee registration, coordination of schedules, and ensuring smooth operations throughout the event
- Provide logistical support to the training team, ensuring all aspects of the conference run efficiently and seamlessly
- Contribute to delivering an exceptional attendee experience by warmly welcoming participants and ensuring their training experience exceeds expectations Process Improvements :
- Support the development of standard operating procedures
- Assist with increasing process efficiencies General Operations :
- Learn the systems used by the Operations team members and assist team members when appropriate
- Support print shop and order fulfillment activities by learning functions and executing them as needed Qualifications :
- Current Student enrolled in Business, Hospitality / Event Management or related field
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team Compensation : $3,000
