Print Shop Operator - Evening Shift (4 PM-9 PM)
The Print Shop Operator is a versatile and hands-on role designed to support multiple departments by managing print production, assisting with training events, and providing support to the shipping department. This position requires an adaptable, team-oriented individual who thrives in dynamic environments and is comfortable balancing tasks related to printing, event preparation, and logistics.
The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team. You will be responsible for ensuring print materials are produced efficiently, supporting training events, and assisting with shipping duties, all while maintaining high-quality standards.
This is an on-site position in Southlake, TX. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 4 : 00 pm-9 : 00 pm
Working Conditions :

Print Shop Support :
Assist in the production of marketing materials, training documents, and other print materialsOperate and maintain printing and finishing equipment, ensuring efficient operation and high-quality resultsOrganize, store, and inventory printed materials and suppliesEnsure print orders are completed on time and meet the company's quality standardsEvent Support :
Help coordinate and prepare materials for training events (e.g., handouts, presentation materials, training packets)Provide event-day support, including the setup and breakdown of materials, ensuring everything runs smoothlyAssist with logistics during events, ensuring participants have all the materials needed for a successful training experienceShipping and Fulfillment :
Assist in packaging and shipping printed materials, training kits, or other items for events, customers, or departmentsEnsure that shipping orders are completed accurately and on timePrepare labels, and shipping documentation, and track shipments as necessaryGeneral Administrative Support :
Provide administrative assistance for day-to-day print, event, and shipping needsMaintain organization of the print area, training supplies, and shipping materialsCollaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, technology, etc.) to support special projects as neededQualifications :
High school diploma or equivalent required; additional coursework or certifications in print production, and logistics, are a plusPrevious experience in a print shop, event support, or shipping / fulfillment is preferredBasic knowledge of print production processes and equipmentKnowledge of UV printing and technology (preferred)Proficient operation of digital pressesExperience running printers, presses, lasers, or print equipment in a production environmentKnowledge of basic color theory, desktop application, color correction, color calibration process and instruments, and color managementAbility to follow processes & procedures for the purpose of ensuring the highest quality end-productStrong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneouslyComfortable working with various software (Microsoft Office, Google Suite, XMF, etc.) and equipment (printers, copiers, shipping software) simultaneouslyAbility to lift and move materials up to 25-50 pounds and occasionally over 50 poundsExcellent attention to detail and a proactive attitude with the ability to perform well in pressure situations to meet deadlinesStrong communication skills and the ability to work well with different teams across the organizationGood working knowledge of Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and Adobe Acrobat (preferred)Understanding of and / or experience with XM Pie preferredAbout Company
