Are you a driven leader with a passion for veterinary medicine? Friendship Hospital for Animals is seeking a motivated Veterinary Specialty Services Supervisor to guide a specialty service team and help deliver exceptional care to pets and their families.

As the Veterinary Specialty Services Supervisor, you'll oversee the daily operations of one or more of our specialty service(s), fostering teamwork, improving workflows, and ensuring outstanding client and patient care. Essential Functions :

Team Leadership : Supervise, mentor, and evaluate specialty service team(s), including technicians, assistants, and support staff.
Operational Management : Oversee daily patient flow, ensure protocol compliance, and drive efficiency across specialty services.
Scheduling & Resources : Manage staff scheduling, inventory, and equipment maintenance.
Client & Patient Care : Address client concerns with professionalism and ensure continuity of care through efficient communication.
Administrative Oversight : Monitor performance metrics, assist in budget management, and prepare operational reports for leadership.
Recruitment & Training : Partner with leadership to recruit top talent and lead onboarding, training, and professional development efforts.

Qualifications :

Bachelor's degree in Veterinary Technology, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).

3-5 years of experience in a veterinary specialty hospital.

Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage teams effectively.

Proficiency in veterinary practice management software (e.g., Impromed, Cornerstone, Avimark, Instinct) and Microsoft Office.

Credentialed Veterinary Technician (CVT, LVT, RVT) preferred but not required.

Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
