Position Summary:
The Technical Product Manager for Sitetracker/ Salesforce is responsible for defining and overseeing the technical aspects of a product, translating business needs into technical specifications, collaborating closely with Technology and Integration teams to ensure the product roadmap aligns with technical feasibility, and ultimately delivering a product that Business needs by leveraging their deep understanding of technology and user needs.
Responsibilities:
- Work closely with Salesforce administrators, Architects and developers to create and maintain a backlog focused on solving customer challenges with Salesforce solutions.
- Facilitate all agile/scrum ceremonies (planning, review, retrospectives, and daily stand up).
- Facilitate discussion, decision making, and conflict resolution.
- Supporting the team by ensuring business requirements are well refined and meet the development team’s definition of ready.
- Designing solutions and writing up technical requirements
- Hold Requirements gathering sessions with the Business and developing requirements to support a healthy backlog and release planning.
- Advise the business on features and technical possibilities during requirements intake.
- Utilize agile metrics as information radiators to track and report on team performance.
- Effectively monitor and communicate team status/progress to key stakeholders.
- Collaborate with quality assurance teams to ensure the reliability and functionality of Salesforce solutions.
- Collaborate with the integration team to ensure seamless data flow between Salesforce and other systems.
- Resolve any impediments to ensure the development team stays on schedule.
- Monitor product performance metrics, analyzing user data to identify areas for improvement and inform product decisions
- Assist Business Units with UAT
Qualifications:
- 5 years of Salesforce experience in a technical role
- 3 Experience writing business and technical requirements
- Ability to remove impediments by identifying the right resources and pushing issues to resolution.
- Experience working closely with other business product managers to translate Business needs into product deliverables and release support through the entire product life cycle
- Act as a subject matter expert on product features, functionalities, and capabilities, providing guidance and support to internal teams and external partners
- Full understanding of SDLC.
- Experience with agile-scrum tools (Jira experience is a plus).
The estimated salary range for this position is $125,000 USD to $155,000 USD. Actual salary may vary depending on job-related factors, including knowledge, skills, experience, and location. In addition to a competitive base salary, we offer discretionary target cash bonuses, restricted stock units (subject to Board Approval), and a comprehensive benefits package including health, life, and disability insurance, unbounded paid time off including parental leave, and a 401(k).
