Job Summary
As a customer service specialist, you will represent a holistic business with twenty years of good will invested in the community.
Must be mature, curious and engaging, with a love for people. Must be prompt, reliable and responsible with a strong work ethic, a desire to find solutions, and be helpful.
Responsibilities and Duties
First and foremost, customer service is paramount. You will assist and support the spa manager in all her duties and be responsible to open, to close the spa and to handle client transactions with friendly, caring attention.
Everything that needs a broad outlook - such as ways to represent and further the spa's holistic mission, and booking for optimal use of rooms - is important. Additionally, there are tasks such as laundry and maintenance, like making sure restrooms are stocked, or watering the plants.
You will be responsible for learning the spa software, service menu, service benefits and any applicable logistics, and knowing the product lines and how they benefit our clientele. You will also engage with the therapy staff in supportive ways, learn their strengths and help the manager to create optimal scheduling day to day, week to week.
Qualifications and Skills
You must believe that customer service is a worthy profession! Two years customer service experience, writing skills, an aptitude for technology and some college helpful.
