Job Summary:
We are currently seeking an energetic and reliable Sales Assistant to help us run our daily operations. The Sales Assistant will work alongside the owner and plays a key role in providing outstanding customer service and support by creating quotes, generating leads, and handling small clerical and administrative tasks to assist the owner. Full Training provided.
Job Requirements:
- Work Location in person 9:00am-2:00pm
- Hourly position- No commission.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with pricing and proposal preparation for all incoming inquiries via phone, email, social media.
- Help identify new potential clients and execute a plan of action.
- Utilize effective time management skills to prioritize tasks, manage all deadlines, and ensure timely completion of all responsibilities.
- Scanning of receipts once a month.
- Maintain the quality and upkeep of the office environment.
Qualifications (preferred):
- Proficient in programs such as Excel, Microsoft Word, Trello, Canva.
- Great customer service and Strong communication skills (both oral and written). Spanish a plus.
- Must be a self-starter with the willingness to learn and have a strong ability to multi-task.
- 1-2 years of sales and customer service experience.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $15.50 per hour
