Job Description:
- 5 years of Epic Ambulatory build & support experience Able to work in support and on-call model
- Comfortable working in cross-functional teams Excellent communication skills
- Good client-handling skills
- Comfortable working closely with clinicians and clinical informatics Upgrade and Nova Note experience - reviewing release notes, coordinating with build, testing, and deployment across environments Build and deploy enhancements, optimizations, new facilities, and integrated projects
- Experience working with third party integrations such as IVR, prescription kiosks, 340B, automated prescription filling stations, Surescripts, adjudication switch, inventory suppliers, point of sale
- Must possess good analytical and troubleshooting skills and readiness to work across multiple applications/modules
- Prior experience of working in ITSM and Ticketing tools like ServiceNow
