- Extensive Epic experience (minimum 5 years), including implementations and delivery impact, managing delivery teams.
- Strong client-facing skills, acting as a liaison between clients and internal teams, creating strong team dynamics.
- Experience with ServiceNow, SharePoint, and Microsoft Office products.
- Active in Epic user groups and up to date with industry trends.
- 7 years demonstrated experience leading and managing healthcare application (clinical and revenue cycle) delivery teams with direct manager reports and respective teams (150 team members) in a large healthcare enterprise
- Healthcare experience/knowledge in clinical/revenue cycle operations working in an acute and ambulatory environment for a large healthcare system.
- Epic Clinical certifications required
