What are the responsibilities and job description for the Program Manager position at Evidence Based Associates?
Key responsibilities:
- Direct service provider oversight.
- Meet program goals re referrals and utilization.
- Manage critical incidents.
- Identify and manage local referral processes, procedures, and service slots.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders (DSPs, County Probation, DJJ).
- Approve monthly billing of youth served.
- Maintain and enforce each Program Policies and Procedures manual.
- Complete and submit required monthly reports.
- Attend meetings, conferences, and outside agency visits as are pertinent to the program.
- Support EBPs by serving as a broker between key stakeholders and the EBP, and by coordinating and attending EBP training.
- Manage data collection and reporting.
- Two year’s experience in direct service or administrative capacity with programs and policies for court involved youth and their families.
- Two years’ relevant program/project management experience (i.e., in social / human services) desired.
- Bachelor’s degree in a social science/clinical discipline or policy/public administration required; Master’s preferred.
- Sound interpersonal and cultural competency skills to work effectively with a variety of direct service providers, juvenile justice leaders/ administrators, and government policy staff.
- Openness to feedback and data-driven accountability as well as ability and comfort with giving feedback and holding others accountable to quality assurance are required.
- A background (especially clinical) working with system-involved youth and families in Georgia is a plus.
- Demonstrated ability to take independent action and to foster an outcome-oriented approach.
Salary range is $60,000-$65,000, commensurate with education and experience. Strong preference for an individual living in the metro Atlanta area; frequent travel around area counties required. It is a hybrid position; 50% working from home and 50% travel.
