Associate Graphic Designer Department: University Partnership Agency - EIM Reports To: Creative Services Manager Summary The Associate Graphic Designer supports design initiatives for EIM University Partner Brands, contributing to marketing efforts that drive market share growth and new customer acquisition. This role is part of the Creative Services Team within the EIM Marketing department.

Key Responsibilities
- Design a variety of digital and print assets, including (but not limited to) social and display ads, landing pages, brochures, and social media graphics.
- Produce designs in alignment with individual university partner brand guidelines.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with the content team to ensure cohesive messaging and visual presentation.
- Manage multiple projects, ensuring high-quality output and on-time delivery.
- Perform image retouching and manipulation as needed.
- Utilize a range of media and software tools to execute design work effectively. Typical Activities
- Collaborate with internal partners to understand project requirements and goals.
- Execute projects from concept through final production, including print coordination when applicable.
- Prepare and plan creative concepts by gathering information and materials.
- Develop and present design drafts, refining based on feedback.
- Review final layouts and implement improvements as needed.
- Stay familiar with partner brand identities and ensure all designs adhere to branding standards.
Qualifications:
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- A strong portfolio demonstrating design capabilities across various mediums (link required; password if applicable).
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, etc.).
- Solid foundation in typography, layout, and visual composition.
- Excellent project management and time management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities with attention to detail and flexibility.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills; ability to accept and provide constructive feedback.
- Familiarity with Mac-based design workflows.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Must be able to occasionally travel and work collaboratively across teams and functions. Preferred Attributes
