Key Responsibilities : Scheduling Management
Manage and optimize appointment schedules across multiple dental offices, ensuring provider productivity and patient satisfaction.
Address scheduling challenges, such as last-minute cancellations or overbooking, with quick and effective solutions.
Coordinate with clinical and administrative teams to maintain efficient patient flow.
Patient Communication
Contact patients to confirm, reschedule, or follow up on appointments as needed.
Educate patients about appointment policies and ensure they are prepared for their visits.
Handle patient inquiries and concerns related to scheduling across locations.
Operational Support
Travel to assigned offices to provide in-person scheduling support during staff absences or high-volume periods.
Monitor and report on scheduling trends, identifying gaps and recommending improvements.
Collaborate with office managers and regional leadership to align scheduling practices with overall goals.
Administrative Duties
Maintain accurate patient records and ensure all data is up to date in the practice management system.
Assist with front-desk operations when needed, including patient check-in / check-out and payment collection.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to scheduling and communication.
