At EVIDENT, we help make people’s lives healthier, safer and more fulfilling, every day.Job Description As a Product Manager (m / w / d) you are responsible for product vision and strategy, analyzing key market and segment opportunities, understanding customer needs, customer lifetime value, competitive landscape, and reimbursement factors.Job Duties Business focus is on digital pathology workflow offerings, with a strong background in user experience, design concepts, and customer journey mapping.Develop and articulate the product's value proposition to ensure it meets the needs of target markets and customer segments.Help shape product roadmap and feature development plans.Oversee the creation of product requirements, ensuring delightful user experience, service design, and clinical / operational / financial claims with evidence generation plan.Work with regulatory on health economics, market access and reimbursement plan.Job Requirements University degree in Business, Marketing, Design / Human Factors, or a related field (MBA or advanced degree preferred).Minimum of 8-12 years of experience in product management or design.Minimum of 8-12 years of experience in Digital Pathology, pathology AI offerings and hospital IT ecosystem.Experience with design concepts, value & data flows, and customer journey mapping.Experience in working with international teams.Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.Regular travel of 20-30% is a requirement of this role.We realize work isn’t just a job to you.It’s a big part of your life, but not the only part.
