Position Overview :
Evo Electric is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Remote Record Clerk Assistant to join our administrative team. This position will play a crucial role in maintaining accurate records, managing documentation, and supporting various administrative functions. The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, reliable, and possess excellent communication skills.
Key Responsibilities :
Maintain and organize electronic and physical records, ensuring all documents are accurate and up to date.
Assist in the preparation and processing of invoices, contracts, and other important documents.
Conduct regular audits of records to ensure compliance with company policies and standards.
Collaborate with various departments to collect, verify, and compile data for reporting purposes.
Respond to internal and external inquiries regarding records and documentation.
Support the development and implementation of record-keeping procedures and best practices.
Assist in the archiving and retrieval of historical records as needed.
Perform general administrative tasks, such as data entry, filing, and scheduling meetings as required.
Requirements :
High school diploma or equivalent; an associate degree in business administration or a related field is a plus.
Proven experience in administrative support, record management, or a similar role.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and documentation.
