Responsibilities:
- Property Viewings: Organize and conduct tours for prospective buyers.
- Negotiation: Handle real estate transactions on behalf of clients, ensuring favorable outcomes.
- Client Guidance: Provide advice and insights to help clients make informed property decisions.
- Effective Communication: Maintain clear and professional communication with clients, colleagues, and industry professionals.
- Listings Management: Manage property listings, including marketing activities to attract potential buyers or renters.
- Market Knowledge: Keep up-to-date with real estate market trends, regulations, and best practices.
Requirements:
- Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple clients and properties efficiently.
- Sales Proficiency: Strong ability to apply sales techniques to successfully close deals.
- Real Estate License: License real estate agents or willingness to obtain one.
- Communication: Excellent interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with clients.
