Key Responsibilities :
- Prospecting and qualification of leads through outbound calls, emails, and social media outreach.
- Conduct research to identify potential MSP Prospects and understand their needs and pain points.

- Schedule appointments and product demonstrations for the sales team.
- Maintain accurate records of all interactions and update the CRM system regularly.

- Travel to MSP industry events across North America when applicable
