The base wage for this role ranges from $108,880 to $163,320 Where you land in that range depends on your skills and experience, and we also factor in internal pay equity. Campaign Strategy And Execution
- Manage acquisition campaign strategy in Marketing channels.
- Partner with the retention manager on audience strategies across your programs.
- Develop and execute data-driven marketing campaigns to drive customer acquisition and retention across Snow and MTB categories.
- Create, optimize, and manage paid media channels (e.g., PPC, social, display, and programmatic) with a focus on ROI and incremental revenue growth.
- Collaborate with Paid Search Manager, to support acquisition and retention goals.
- Work with the content and creative teams to ensure create and align with evo’s brand and resonates with target audiences.
- Work with data team and leadership to establish new customer centric metrics of performance.
- Analyze campaign performance data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- Conduct A/B testing and multivariate testing to optimize ad copy, targeting, landing pages, programs etc.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as traffic, Acquisition, CAC, conversion rates, CAC to customer lifetime value (CLV), and return on ad spend (ROAS).
- Educate the business on what you are learning.
- Develop strategies to increase web traffic through SEO, paid search, and display campaigns.
- Partner with retail and community teams to align campaigns with local market activations and drive foot traffic to physical stores.
- Continuously test new platforms, tools, and strategies to stay ahead of industry trends and evolve evo’s marketing approach.
- Lead the development and execution of pilot programs to explore untapped opportunities for customer engagement.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including eCommerce, Retail, Analytics, and Product teams, to ensure marketing efforts are aligned with overall business objectives.
- Contribute to the team success through knowledge sharing and best practice.
The Must Haves
- Must be in Seattle
- 3-5 years of experience directly running performance marketing, in eCommerce or retail.
- Proven success in managing campaigns focused on customer acquisition and retention
- Excellent analytical skills with proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, PowerBI, Tableau, or similar.
- Expert in paid media platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, and programmatic advertising tools, and familiar with CRM systems.
- Knowledge of SEO and SEM best practices.
- Familiarity with email marketing platforms and CRM systems.
