Job Responsibilities/Overview:
We’re seeking a skilled and creative Graphic Designer to join our team in designing custom paint schemes for a diverse range of aircraft. The ideal candidate will have a strong design portfolio and experience working with clients to create unique, high-quality designs that push the boundaries of creativity while honoring technical requirements and FAA regulations.
Job Duties:
- Create innovative and visually stunning aircraft paint schemes in collaboration with clients and internal teams.
- Conduct design sessions, both live and virtual, with clients to brainstorm and refine ideas.
- Work through unlimited design revisions, exhibiting a strong attention to detail throughout.
- Assist in selecting colors and materials that align with each client’s vision and industry standards.
- Prepare and review finalized dimensioned files for implementation.
- Stay updated on current design trends and incorporate fresh ideas into projects.
Education/Experience Requirements:
- Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop. CAD software, or relevant 3D modeling tools, a plus.
- 1-2 years of hands-on experience in graphic design, with a strong portfolio demonstrating creative skills and versatility.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate ideas clearly in both written and verbal forms.
- Quick learner with an adaptable approach to new concepts, tools, and processes.
