We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Manufactured Home Community Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of a 300-pad community. This role requires exceptional organizational skills, strong customer service abilities, and the ability to manage responsibilities efficiently.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of community operations, including leasing, maintenance, and resident relations.
- Collaborate with the Regional Manager to implement policies and improve community performance.
- Address resident inquiries and concerns professionally and promptly.
- Conduct weekly property inspections to ensure high standards of cleanliness and maintenance.
- Manage rent collection and delinquency follow-ups.
- Oversee projects, vendor contracts, proposals, and community improvements.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Previous experience as a Community Manager or similar role in the real estate or property management industry.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Experience with property management software (Rent Manager preferred).
- Strong customer service and conflict resolution skills.
- Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with residents and vendors.
- Sales experience is a plus.
