Responsibilities
Park Oversight & Operations:
- Manage day-to-day park operations, including maintenance scheduling, lot inspections, vendor coordination, oversee landscaping, maintaining curb appeal, and work orders.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for residents, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly. Enforce Park rules and regulations, ensuring a positive community atmosphere.
- Issue notices for late/non-payment and ensure accurate record-keeping. Collaborate with the regional team to develop and manage budgets, control expenses, and maximize profitability.
- Maintain compliance with local, state, and federal regulations, ensuring proper documentation and permits are in place. Stay updated on any changes to policies or rules affecting mobile home parks.
- Travel to different mobile home park locations to address challenges, support on-site teams, and drive improvements in occupancy and profitability. Provide leadership and training to on-site staff, stepping in as needed to fill critical gaps or launch new initiatives.
- Experience: Minimum 3–5 years managing mobile home parks or similar property management experience.
- Skills: Strong leadership, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with property management software, rent collection systems, and basic maintenance needs.
- Travel Requirement: Willingness and ability to travel to parks within the portfolio staying from short term to long term stays
- Work Ethic: Highly motivated, self-starter with a “hands-on” approach and the ability to work independently.
- Additional: Valid driver’s license; Spanish skills a plus.

Salary : $20 - $25
