Hospice Account Manager - Full-Time, On-Site
We’re seeking a Hospice Account Manager to expand our hospice services through strong relationships with healthcare providers, community organizations, and referral sources. In this role, you’ll develop and implement outreach strategies, represent the organization at community events, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless care transitions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain local networks with healthcare providers and community organizations.
- Educate referral sources on our hospice services and establish yourself as a trusted resource.
- Lead outreach initiatives to meet growth targets.
- Coordinate with clinical and operational teams to ensure smooth patient transitions.
- Track market trends and competitor activity to inform strategic planning.
Compensation:
- Starting base salary of $90,000.
- Generous commission structure with the potential to earn up to $250,000 in your first year.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
- 2 years of experience in sales/marketing, preferably in hospice or home health.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Independent worker with experience managing a territory.
- Knowledge of healthcare industry regulations is a plus.
Critical Requirements:
- 1 years of experience in hospice sales.
- Book of business is a must.
