POSITION OVERVIEW
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Marketing Head based in the U.S. to lead our growth marketing initiatives. This role is pivotal in driving revenue growth through innovative campaigns, account-based marketing (ABM), and inside sales strategies to nurture leads through the funnel. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies, aligning cross-functional teams, and optimizing customer acquisition and retention efforts.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Growth Marketing Campaigns
- Develop and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns to drive customer acquisition, engagement, and conversion.
- Oversee paid acquisition efforts across digital platforms while managing budgets effectively.
- Continuously analyze campaign performance using data-driven insights to maximize ROI.
- Event Management Identify high impact events, plan the participation, and calculate the ROI. [Part of Field Marketing]
- Handle inorganic campaigns on Linkedin and Google Keyword
- Drive engagement with webinars, media Campaigns etc.
Account-Based Marketing (ABM)
- Design tailored ABM strategies targeting high-value accounts.
- Collaborate with sales teams to align on account prioritization and ensure seamless integration between marketing and sales efforts.
- Implement personalized content strategies for key accounts to enhance engagement and drive decision-making.
- Measure ABM campaign success through detailed analytics and optimize strategies for higher ROI.
Inside Sales Enablement
- Develop strategies to nurture leads through the sales funnel using CRM tools and marketing automation platforms.
- Work closely with inside sales teams to ensure effective follow-ups on leads generated from campaigns.
- Align marketing efforts with sales objectives to improve lead-to-customer conversion rates.
Leadership & Collaboration
- Manage a high-performing team of marketers specializing in growth campaigns, ABM, and inside sales enablement.
- Foster collaboration between marketing, sales, Inside Sales, and delivery teams
- Ensure consistent brand messaging across all marketing channels.
Technology & Analytics
- Leverage data analytics tools to assess performance metrics and identify growth opportunities.
- Optimize the martech stack for efficiency, including CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot), ABM tools (e.g., Demandbase, 6 Sence), and marketing automation platforms (e.g., Marketo).
- Create detailed reports on campaign performance and present actionable insights to stakeholders.
Education:
- A bachelor s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field with good understanding of the technology industry; MBAs will be preferred.
Experience:
- Minimum of 7-9 years of experience in growth marketing roles, including ABM strategy execution and inside sales enablement.
- Proven track record of driving revenue growth through innovative campaigns and strategic account targeting.
- Ability to work with diverse global teams
Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in CRM systems like Salesforce or HubSpot.
- Expertise in ABM tools such as Demandbase or 6sense.
- Strong command of marketing analytics platforms for performance tracking.
Soft Skills:
- Exceptional leadership capabilities with experience managing cross-functional teams.
- Strategic thinker with strong problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills for internal collaboration and external presentations.
- Should be open for travel as this role involves continuous travel to meet customers along with sales team
