* Conduct thorough behavioral health screenings and assessments with clients
* Develop and implement comprehensive treatment plans in collaboration with clients, families, and healthcare teams
* Maintain timely, clear, and concise documentation of assessments and treatment plans in the electronic health record
* Ensure confidentiality and adhere to Evoke standards for patient information management
* Participate actively in staff trainings and meetings
* Possess knowledge of EMR systems and Microsoft Office programs
* Hold licensure to practice clinical discipline in the State of Ohio (Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling)
