Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Human Resources Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources practices and processes, ensuring alignment with our organizational goals. This role requires a strategic thinker who can manage employee relations, compliance with labor laws in multiple states (Florida, Ohio, Massachusetts and Texas), and the overall HR function to foster a positive workplace culture. This individual will also have experience with payroll and understand the overall need for Human Resources within an organization.
Duties
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy, mission, and regulations.
- Manage the recruitment and selection process, onboarding, and part of the welcoming process for all employees.
- Ensure compliance with employment labor laws and regulations and joint commission.
- Oversee employee relations, addressing grievances, and managing performance management processes.
- Administer HR programs including organization design, training, and development initiatives.
- Maintain accurate employee records and ensure proper documentation of HR activities.
- Collaborate with department heads and site level management to understand their HR needs and provide solutions.
- Conduct regular audits of HR processes to ensure compliance and efficiency.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or related field.
- Proven experience and skills in similar role within a fast-paced environment.
- Strong knowledge of employment labor law and regulations in multiple states or willingness to understand.
- Proficiency in HR software systems such as paychecks.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on employee relations and conflict resolution.
- Familiarity with performance management systems and organization design principles.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information appropriately.

Pay: $75,000.00 - $82,000.00 per year
