In this role, you will support marketing leadership by providing actionable insights and helping our commercial team make data-driven decisions. This role demands expertise in data analysis, reporting, project management, and cross-functional collaboration. The expected pay range for this position is $115,000 to $140,000. Your actual base salary will be determined on a case-by-case basis and may vary based on a number of considerations, including but not limited to role-relevant knowledge and skills, experience, education, certifications, and more.

Let’s talk about some of the key responsibilities of the role:
- Assess consumer and customer loyalty programs and understand the impact of our various media channels on consumer acquisition and retention
- Collaborate and coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders to streamline Evolus’ media process and strategy
- Assess and increase the ROI of marketing spend by developing and maintaining campaign and media effectiveness metrics
- Analyze the impact of customer media benefits on sales performance
- Create and maintain a data infrastructure to enable performance reporting of Evolus’ marketing channels
- Create dashboards and monitor the redemption of available customer loyalty benefits
- Understand customer behavior by connecting market research insights with data
- Forecast and model out the marketing OPEX spend based on the company trajectory and strategic plans of the marketing organization
- Manage internal and external partners to ensure on-time and on-quality delivery of campaign data
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and data optimization
- Develop and present strategic recommendations to leadership
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Consulting, Marketing, Data Science, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
- 5 years of experience in B2C or B2B2C business analysis, marketing analysis, or a related role
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, paired with detail-orientation
- Ability to streamline complex processes
- Experience in media effectiveness and multi-channel assessments (ROI/ROAS)
- Familiarity with media efficiency metrics such as CPM, CPC, ROAS, conversion rates
- Comfort working with large, unstructured datasets
- Advanced Excel skills. Experience with Tableau and SQL preferred.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work cross-functionally with diverse teams.
- A solid understanding of customer segmentation, market analysis, and consumer behavior within the beauty or aesthetics industry is preferred.
- Ability to put oneself in the shoes of the customer
- Outstanding cross-functional collaboration skills
- Remote position with preference for location in SoCal. Our HQ is in Newport Beach. On-site employees are in the office Tuesday - Thursday.
