Let's talk about some of the key responsibilities of the role :
- Manage end-to-end product lifecycle for the digital product (strategy, requirements gathering, feature roadmap based on priority / impact, collaborate with cross functional team to implement roadmap, internal communication / stakeholder management) for digital products including CRM tool, Salesforce Data cloud and digital platform ecosystem for international team
- Lead the ideation, technical development and launch of innovative products & features.
- Synthesize customer and consumer feedback, research and market analysis to enhance user satisfaction and act as customer advocate
- Translate business and product needs into requirements and prioritized roadmap projects based on business case and resource requirements
- User acceptance testing / product QA for ongoing deployments and product launch
- Map the overall UX journey for the product and enhance the existing product UX in collaboration with the design team.
- Manage the timeline for the projects
- Establish KPIs to track product success, progress, and usage. Partner with the analytics team to measure / monitor funnel KPIs and product performance in terms of digital product adoption.
- Partner with business / marketing teams to ensure there is a robust go-to-market launch plan.
- Drive product development with a team of world-class engineers and designers using agile / scrum mythology vs waterfall
- Conduct training on new products / enhancements for internal customers.
- Maximize efficiency in a constantly evolving environment where the process is fluid and creative solutions are the norm
- Design processes and standard work for product management wherever applicable to ensure scalability across digital platforms.
- Run A / B tests, analyze data, recognize trends, and identify key levers for optimization
- Recognize the nature of each problem and ensure the right people are involved to help solve it. Be an active contributor to that solution, not just a communication facilitator.
- Be flexible and adaptable to wearing multiple hats depending on the organization's changing needs.

The expected pay range for this position is $140,000 to $155,000. Your actual base salary will be determined on a case-by-case basis and may vary based on a number of considerations including but not limited to role relevant knowledge and skills, experience, education, certifications, and more.
