What are the responsibilities and job description for the Sr. Evolux Campaign Specialist position at Evolus?

We are seeking a Sr. Evolux Marketing Specialist to support the execution of customer-centric marketing campaigns to drive customer loyalty and growth. This individual will lead the administration and optimization of practice growth initiatives, ensuring innovative marketing programs drive new patient acquisition and enhance patient value for our customers. This individual will work alongside the Evolux marketing team and cross-collaborate with various departments to create impactful solutions and strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the execution and continuous improvement of marketing campaigns that drive increased engagement and revenue for select customers.
- Provide valuable marketing insights and recommendations based on digital and omni-channel marketing performance.
- Collaborate closely with field sales to coordinate co-branded campaigns with customers in the effort to drive practice growth and patient loyalty.
- Develop and refine innovative and customized marketing campaigns across digital, in-office, and out-of-home advertising channels.
- Manage multiple external agency and vendor relationships related to CRM, loyalty programs, consumer marketing, and database management.
- Partner with consumer and professional marketing teams to drive the development and execution of the Evolux program.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
- Experience in pharmaceutical, medical aesthetics, or consulting industries preferred but not required.
- Demonstrated success in executing and optimizing omni-channel marketing campaigns and modern marketing tactics.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate marketing data into actionable insights.
- Comfortable and adaptable in a customer-facing role, with the ability to simplify and articulate technical information.
- Strong independent decision-making, organizational, planning, and problem-solving skills with a solution-oriented mindset.
- Experience with marketing platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Figma) is a plus.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills are a must when engaging with teammates, peers, and customers.
Additional Details:
- Position reports directly to the Sr. Manager, Evolux Marketing.
- Based in Newport Beach, CA, with limited travel requirements.
- Hybrid Schedule: Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday onsite & Monday Friday remote optional
Compensation & Total Rewards:
