Job Summary
We are seeking a talented and professional candidate to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining a raw bar, cleanliness of self and station, maintaining customer relations and ensuring the highest standards of food quality and presentation. The raw bar is open to the floor, candidates must be friendly, presentable and professional.
Duties
- Preparation of seafood products
- Setting up and maintaining station, as well as closing
- Proper sanitary practices
- Answering to the Head Chef or Sous Chef
- Controlling of quality of product
Skills
- Proficient in inventory control techniques to manage kitchen supplies effectively (FIFO)
- Excellent team skills, working in collaborative work environment.
- Basic kitchen knowledge
- Knowledge of food handling practices to ensure safety and hygiene standards are upheld.
- Experience in food production processes with a focus on quality assurance.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $14.00 - $17.00 per hour
Expected hours: 25 – 35 per week
